My guess is that our collective chains are being yanked, or Yanked, or whatever, by a drive by guest again.

If Gen wants to send me that IP number, I'll tell you if that's Phil. But I know it's not because Phil isn't sorry. He can type those words, but he doesn't mean it. Someone who's sorry stops hurting people. Stops attacking. Stops the behaviours that are negative and destructive and designed to elicit reactions. I've never seen him stop. I've only had the pleasure of a hiatus. when someone (Phil) is this much of a jackass, their album should be downloaded, not bought ;D oops did I say that? You all know we don't do that here. Deb you are a lot more forgiving and open-minded than I am. I hope for your sanity you kick him to the curb forever. Good for you giving him a 2nd chance because hey. everyone deserves a 2nd chance but for him to blow that with you like that after you set boundaries is pretty abominable. bad karma phil. bad! I'm sorry you had to deal with him at all. It doesn't matter how famous he is or how much of a genius he is. A jerk is a jerk no matter how good their perfume is. YUK! but hey I'm not telling you something new here.

In fairness to Phil Judd, I do not think that we should assume that he did all -- or any -- of the things attributed to him by one person who is on record in this thread mistaking the identity of another person who sent her e-mail.
Mainly, I do not believe that Next Exit is the place to air crap that occurred or didn't on another board.

That Tim Finn and Phil Judd were friends makes you wonder whether Phil was always like this. I remember hearing Tim respond to a fan's question about Phil, and he was very classy about it, seeming sad and disappointed that an old friend had chosen to remain out of his life. What drives a person to become the Phil Judd that Frenz has witnessed in two unforgettable episodes?
And brianderson, if you doubt deb, check out Peter Green's F16 diary and see what impression you get.... Seems even PG is careful not to get his hand bitten when he extends it to Phil.

Feel free to start a topic on this on your own board, Shauna.
We're sick of this here.

I'm pretty sure that if boardergurl has a problem with my post, she'll let me know.
I'm also pretty sure that you have the right and the ability to choose to not take part in discussions that don't interest you.
I'm not here to cause any trouble and I wish you would stop implying that I am. I am a member of Next Exit, so please don't treat me like I'm some sort of trespasser.
I just think it's sad about Phil. Obviously Tim feels a loss there, and I can't help but wonder what it is about Phil that we are not seeing. Or if that was the Phil Judd of past, and he has become someone else. It happens. It's really unfortunate that people have had such a bad experience with him. What a terrible disappointment for a fan to experience.

I'm not interested in discussions that slam one person who isn't here to speak for himself.

Sorry Brian, I was kidding about the downloading really. I was just trying to be a support for Deb. She came here telling it as she saw it, and it sounds like a sucky experience and she may have been stirring the pot, but I figure she also needed a place to vent because she can't exactly vent this on her own site. I don't wish that experience on anyone. well ok , maybe george bush and his cronies, however, if someone comes on here needing a place to vent, I tend to accept that. We all rant about people in our personal lives the same way and if someone on this board is hurting, I figure its ok to meet them where they are at until otherwise proven. I'm sorry if I offended anyone. That really was not my intention. I know I can be a bit word-defective at times. I was honestly just trying to validate and be a support. Now that said, I have been impressed by Phil's solo stuff musically speaking. Sometimes I can overlook a rotten egg if therein lies genius, but then I don't deal with them personally. If I had to deal with said person personally, I'd not be so objective. Again I am very sorry.

I remember hearing Tim respond to a fan's question about Phil, and he was very classy about it, seeming sad and disappointed that an old friend had chosen to remain out of his life. Tim and Phil have recently renewed their friendship, as have Phil and Peter Green. Phil's been a very good friend of mine for a few years now and I can vouch for the fact that he's not 100% demonic! Bi polar, yes. I guess that makes him 50% demonic That's as far as I'll get into this discussion, I think. I'd rather not speak for Phil on this topic. I certainly don't want to get tangled up in the Debbie/Phil thing.

hah! hooplehead is probably the nicest dude around here. adjust your radar because nobody is treating you like a trespasser. you type and people reply. it happens. have you had an experience with phil judd? if not, then why should you care? why do people go crazy about folks they don't even know? i'll never understand that. yeah, i like some music by neil and some by tim, but as people, i really couldn't give a crap. there's way more important things to be concerned with, like saying hey jaffa, nice baby!
